- Country / region associated with your phone number (used to show India vs NRI pricing and shop items)

- Payment information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers)

When you use the Fit & Fab mobile application, we may collect information you provide, or that the device generates with your permission, that relates to your health, fitness, or wellness, including:

- Body metrics such as weight, height, age, and gender

- Body measurements such as chest, waist, arms, hip, and thigh

- Body composition estimates you generate in the app, including BMI and body-fat percentage

- Energy and nutrition estimates you generate or log, including BMR, TDEE, calorie targets, and protein / carbohydrate / fat targets and logs

- Meals and foods you log or save in the diet planner (including calories and macros)

- Workout activity you log (activity type, intensity, duration, and estimated calories)

- Step count, step goal, and estimated distance / calories from walking, using the device motion / activity sensors after you grant Physical Activity (Android) or Motion & Fitness (iOS) permission. We do not use Google Health Connect or Apple Health unless we later obtain separate permission and update this policy

- Hydration or water intake you log, plus reminder settings (wake/sleep times, interval, serving size)

- Meal reminder times you choose

- Progress or wellness photos you upload or capture in the app (camera or photo library, with your permission)

Some of this data is stored on your device so the Tools screens work offline. A summary of Tools data (for example steps, water, diet and workout calories, BMI, body-fat, TDEE, and reminder settings) may also be sent to our servers so coaches can review your progress in the admin panel and so your data can sync with your account.

We do not read data from third-party health or fitness apps (including Health Connect) unless we separately obtain your permission in the app and describe that collection in this Privacy Policy.

 

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

- Creating and securing your account (including OTP login)

- Providing our diet, fitness, shop, and coaching services

- Personalizing your experience on our website and in the app (including India vs NRI pricing)

- Sending you relevant content, announcements, and service updates

- Sending local reminders (water, meals) and push notifications when you allow notification permission

- Processing payments through our payment gateway

- Improving our website, app, and services

- Compliance with legal obligations

- Health, fitness, and wellness data (see Section 2.3): to provide and personalize your diet, workout, coaching, or subscription programs; to count steps and estimate activity; to track and display your progress in the app and for your coach in the admin panel; to send service-related communications, including push notifications when you allow them; to operate, secure, and improve our app and related services; and to meet legal requirements. We do not use health or wellness information to personalize advertising. We do not sell this data.

We do not display third-party advertising in the app.

We retain health and wellness information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services, unless a longer period is required by law. You may contact us as described in Section 10 to request information about access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law.
