- The coach reserves the right to deny tenure adjustments based on individual circumstances.

4. Communication and Responsiveness:
- Clients are expected to actively participate in the consultation process and respond promptly to coach communications.
- Delays in communication may impact the effectiveness of the consultation.

5. Confidentiality:
- All client information and discussions will be kept confidential between the client and the assigned coach. However FITANDFABWITHSWATI reserves the right to use your transformation pictures as deemed necessary.

6. Client Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information regarding their health, lifestyle, and dietary habits.
- Any changes in health conditions must be promptly communicated to the coach.

7. Scope of Services:
- The consultation services provided are limited to nutritional guidance and advice.
- Clients should consult with healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

8. Intellectual Property:
- All materials provided by FITANDFABWITHSWATI, including guides, plans, and documents, are for personal use and may not be shared or distributed without written consent.

9. Termination of Services:
- FITANDFABWITHSWATI reserves the right to terminate services in the event of client non-compliance with the terms and conditions or inappropriate conduct.
